I love this for the “knuckle shield”! Easy to use and clean. Has surgical grade stainless steel blades and yet the whole unit is dishwasher safe. Use the extra coarse blade for cabbage, potatoes, apples and carrots. Use the fine grating blade for Parmesan cheese, chocolate and nutmeg.
