I have been using this for years and always bring it to the cooking classes I teach. This has been written about so often lately, I’m sure it is the “next BIG thing.” I love apple pie and used to dread the time it took to peel and core the apples, but no more. This enamel coated, cast iron machine with stainless steel blades makes peeling and coring apples (and potatoes) easy. It attaches to your counter using suction, and yes, it does stay in place.
